With over 35 years of experience, we have successfully worked with both large and small employers such as Fidelity Investments, John Hancock, New Balance, Raytheon and The Gillette Company. Currently we work with a variety of corporate clients either through onsite center management or through our public center network. To service our clients at the highest possible level, we employ fitness professionals all that have at least a bachelor’s degree in an exercise or health related field and certifications throughout the industry.

We have been successful working with our clients because we achieve results. From motivating the sedentary population to exercise, to providing the finest input and instruction for the seasoned athlete, and helping everyone in between, the results speak for themselves. Today, 35% of our members did not exercise prior to joining a First Fitness Management center. We are extremely proud of this statistic as it demonstrates our ability to penetrate that portion of your population that needs to exercise the most.
